Attorney Biedrzycki is a graduate of Villanova University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and History. While in college, John spent two summers serving as a summer law clerk for the Honorable William F. Cercone, P.J.E. of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Judge Cercone was the inspiration that led John to select Duquesne Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2002. While in law school, John was active in numerous student organizations and represented the Law School in the Duquesne University Senate.
While in law school, John served as a law clerk for the respected Plaintiff's firm Caroselli, Beachler, McTiernan and Conboy in Pittsburgh. While at Caroselli Beachler, John developed an understanding of Worker's Compensation, Plaintiff's personal injury and social security disability cases. Following graduation, John worked with the firm of Cercone, Erlain and Associates where he handled criminal cases and plaintiff's personal injury matters until starting his own private practice in 2007. John is a member of both the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
In addition to lawyering, John holds a private pilot certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration and enjoys flying around western Pennsylvania and beyond when his schedule permits. He serves as the treasurer of the Greater Pittsburgh Business Alliance, which is a non-profit council of business owners in the South Hills. John also serves as master of ceremonies for fine and rare Scotch Whisky and wine tastings at the Harvard Yale Princeton Club of Pittsburgh.
